Daily Rates
& Additional Fees:
Base rates for daily guiding fees:
$350 / full day (up to 10 hrs) Hourly rate (after 10 hrs) $30
$200 / half day (up to 5 hrs)* Hourly rate (after 5 hrs) $30
Base rates include 1-2 participants
$25 for each additional participant (up to 8 participants)
*Half day rates ONLY available for select locations. Contact us for more information

Professional Guides
Every tour is led by expert guides specialized in locating birds and providing insights into bird identification, behavior, and natural history, as well as information on the best local birding hotspots and locations to find specific species.
Transportation & Logistics
Local ground transportation, all entrance fees and activity costs per itinerary, usage of scopes and select field equipment. Drinking water, cold drinks, and snacks during field excursions. Meals are not included (unless noted on the itinerary).

Post-Trip Resources & Feedback

Pre-Trip Information Package
We offer travel tips including recommendations for accommodations balancing comfort and proximity to birding sites, bird checklists, tour itinerary details and any other information that will make your trip enjoyable.
Client Support
From identifying species to planning your next birding adventure, we provide the resources and support you need. We ensure prompt assistance with all inquiries, booking and any additional support you may need prior to, during and after your birding adventure.
