Reservations & Late Bookings
A complete registration form and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour price is required to secure your reservation. Online bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date. Your booking may be subject to our cancellation policy if the full amount is not paid by the due date.
Full payment is required at the time of booking for bookings made within 30 days of the tour start date.
Pricing & Payment Methods
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Your booking is not confirmed until we receive your deposit and send a registration confirmation.
We accept payment via credit cards, bank transfers or other specified payment methods as indicated during the booking process.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour start date will result in a full refund less the 25% non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days or less of the tour start date will result in no refund.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient participation or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund of all payments made or the option to schedule another tour.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their tour without penalty if notice is provided at least 30 days prior to the tour start date.
A 15% fee may apply for rescheduling within 14 days of the original tour start date subject to tour availability.
Participants who fail to join a tour on the start date without prior notice will be considered a no-show and forfeit 100% of the tour price.
Tour Modifications
We strive to adhere to the original itinerary; however, we will make the necessary adjustments due to weather, or other factors to ensure the best possible birding experience.
No refunds will be issued for reasonable modifications.
Physical Requirements
Our tours involve varying levels of physical activity. Each tour description includes duration of the trip and a "Physical Intensity" requirement (easy, moderate and intense) helping you choose experiences that match your capabilities. Participants must ensure they meet the fitness requirement for their chosen tour.
Code of Conduct
Participants must follow guide instructions and respect wildlife, habitats, local customs, and other participants.
Disruptive behavior, harassment of wildlife, or violation of conservation regulations may result in removal from the tour without refund.
Waiver & Travel Insurance
Each participant must sign a liability waiver before participating in any of our tours. All participants are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance.
Proof of insurance may be requested prior to departure.
Media & Privacy
We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, you grant permission to your likeness to be used in our marketing materials unless you explicitly opt out in writing. Also, bird sighting data collected during a tour may be shared with bird conservation organizations and databases. Personal information will remain confidential.
Gratuity
Gratuity is not required but is customary in our industry. We recommend a gratuity of 15% - 20% of the total cost of your tour, based on your satisfaction with the service provided. Your guide will appreciate any gesture for their efforts in making your experience enjoyable.
